Responsibilities
Job functions
- Design system-wide control logic and hardware solutions for a dynamic thermo-mechanical system.
- Developing electrical designs, drawings, and BOMs using AutoCAD electrical environment.
- Multiple first-of-a-kind system startups in customer environments
- Electrical, mechanical, and control logic troubleshooting on thermo-mechanical process equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, valves, solenoids, and level, flow, temperature, pressure sensors).
- Analysis of big datasets in order to drive higher product reliability and performance.
Skills you will require
- Experience with controls hardware: PLCs, electrical cabinets, actuated equipment, and sensors
- Experience writing controls logic for complex process equipment
- Knowledge of object oriented coding (python etc.)
- Modeling experience in visual transient systems modeling (simulink etc.)
- Written and spoken communication

- Embedded controls languages
- Opto22 PLC hardware
- Demonstrable skill controlling highly coupled transient thermo-mechanical systems
- Feed forward PID implementation

This position is full time on premise at our Denver based HQ. You are also expected to travel 25% of the time.
Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
